HELP DESK

Bill can highly recommended by neighbors who have all used him. He came to my home.   Bill was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. He called back in a few days to check to see that everything was operating properly. I was impressed to find out that he was previously a IT supervisor at the News-Press.

Bill was able to meet me at a mutual location to pick up my computer. He had my computer for just one day and did an excellent job of fixing the problems.

I work from home and all of my business information is on my computer. Well I thought my computer died and I had lost everything. Bill promptly responded to my call, came to my home and diagnosed my problem. He saved all of the files on my computer and recommended and explained an inexpensive back-up system. He ran several diagnostics was very professional and clearly explained everything ( to me who is not computer savvy). I would highly recommend him not only for personl computing, but if you have a small business, he can help set things up so they are never lost.

Called and told him my problem and within a week he ordered the part needed installed it and cleaned the system up. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. I will defined use him again because I know my lap tops will need it.

It was excellent. He explained everything. He called back a couple of days later to make sure everything was fine, and that we did not have any questions. I thought that was awesome. He is very fair and honest with his pricing.

This gentleman is excellent. His name is Bill Markle. He came to the house and was the most reasonable provider we contacted. He took the time to talk to us and as he was cleaning the computer up he showed and explained what he was doing. You're learning as he's working. We will have him back out again and he tries to save you money.

Bill arrived at our home at the time he said he would be there. He installed the wireless router as requested. I asked Bill if he could speed up the computer because it was taking forever for things to work. He removed programs that we never use & made some of the programs so they would not start up evertime we started our computer and this did speed things up a little. He said our computer is running low on memory and suggested we add more memory. He went back to his house and returned with the componant that he installed to add more memory. Our computer is now working faster than when it was new on the wireless router and the added memory. I would reccomend Bill to everyone that is having any problems with their computer. He is a very fine gentleman and I will always call Bill again. He knows what he is doing and his price is very fair. I asked Bill if he gave a discount to seniors and he did give me a senior rate.

I thought my computer was dead. Couldn't get it to respond and thought I had lost everything. Bill came to my home and saved the day. This man is very competent, so easy to understand and so patient that he could even teach me. He spent about 2 hours and my computer works great!
