HARDEN CUSTOM HOMES

I have had nothing but problems with my new home from the moment I moved in. He was expensive, I moved forward thinking he was an honest businessman. He hired extremely poor subcontractors who did substandard work. He left me with a horrible mess in my yard! He never would face me to work out these problems, which has costed me thousands of dollars to repair. I want to tell everyone thinking of building to stay far away from this con artist!! I am going to take him to court and sue for damages. Buyer beware, do not hire this builder!! Mark Harden has never addressed my unhappiness with the outcome of my new home personally; he won't face me, call me, answer my calls or emails, or take responsibility for his work. His response, and the response of his employees, is to just not respond to me at all. I have been in this home for approx. 8 months, and I have had to fight and beg them to get anything done correctly. He cheated me, then turned his back on me. Do not use this builder!! I would not recommend him to anyone.

I haven't had one problem. They contacted me with every issue that has arisen. Whether it was a change in tile supply or window color. They have kept me informed of everything. You cannot understand what that means until you have tried to build with someone who does not keep in contact.

Outstanding , the process of building a new home was a positive one and the builder went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We have been in our home 4 years and always recommend Harden Homes to all our friends.
