They've been in a business for a long time. We did have an incident where they didn't realize what heavy items I would put up in the cabinet and so it fell down three days later. The owner took it upon himself to come out, clean up the mess, send the money to replace the items and just took care of everything. This really impressed me that they stood behind their work as I thought I would have to deal with it all myself or go through my insurance company. When they came back out they made sure it could withstand the weight that I would be putting on it. They do incredible work and I would absolutely use them again.
