This person can caulk like a pro. Excellent caulking job. My disappointment was with the fact that he told me that it would be 40 per hour when we originally spoke on the phone and when he was done doing what he could on the handyman list, it was 45 per hour. That is not cool. Took a long time to do a few minor jobs, 1 or 2 had to be abandoned as I had to be somewhere. But then he is very meticulous. When I told him I had to go, he did get moving quickly. I was just disappointed re: the price discrepancy. He did knock off 10 dollars at the end, so that helped ameliorate my feelings about the situation.
