I went to them to get an estimate upon my return from Tampa. I had temporarily taped the panel on for the return trip back home. I was expecting an Auto body shop to tell me he had to order a new one and figured it would be closed to $1000.00 repair. The owner Karl took me into his office after inspecting the car and said lets see what we can do for you. He asked if I was going through insurance and I told him not if I could help it. I was absolutely floored when he told me it would be under $200.00 to fix but had to order the clips and would make it look like it never happened. Until I picked up the car, I had always expected Karl to come back and tell me there was an extra charge but to his word it was under two hundred. Fast forward a year later and it still looks like it never happened. The only thing I regret is waiting this long to write the review. I was organizing my office and came a crossed the receipt and remembered my experience and how appreciative that I was dealt honestly and fairly that I had to write this review. Not that I'm in the need for auto body work often but when I need it. I hope Karl from Gulf coast customs is still around. He will be my first call.
