Although I have used their services for quite some time, their service levels have GREATLY diminished since they began service entire communities through HOA. They do not weed & trim as contracted and their customer service has become non-existent. It is disappointing that I even have to post this but feel others should just be aware as it seems they no longer care about customer service and quality.
