Fine. Responsive to our needs and gave input on appropriate level of coverage without pushing for the maximum.

They were able to guide me in the right direction and saved me money compared to what I had been paying in the past.  They were knowledgeable and I would highly recommend using them.  Brian was the representative that I worked with and he was great.

Elizabeth Daniels is our contact and is excellent at finding solutions and doing it very promptly.

We have several policies with Brian. Brian is very knowledgeable in the insurance field and has always gone the extra mile. The ONLY reason I gave them a B in the professional category, on several occasions when calling the office I was greeted with an  undesirable attitude and twice when stopping by the office the person at the front desk acted as if I was a bother. I have never seen nor experienced this from Brian and again, his knowledge is very extensive.

Andy was very nice to work with.  The only issue I had was we revised a policy and that caused some confusion on the staff's part when they sent me the docs for signature.  Then, after closing, I was informed the original policy was not cancelled and that they were sending a termination notice.  No big deal, except Great Florida's office called me to tell me my policy was being cancelled and to call them to pay the premium.
I think a lot of the confusion was because of the short timeframe to get everything done for me.
They are very nice and responsive.

I contacted Brian 2 years ago for a quote.  His was the lowest in the area, and he helped me through the process.  Since then, there have been a few issues that Brian has expertly helped me navigate.  1. Another company tried to take over my insurance at a much higher rate- Brian took care of that.  2. My insurance company was going to cancel my policy based on incomplete county records, which made it look like my home needed a new roof.  Brian helped me get the records up to date, so my policy wouldn't be cancelled.  3.  When the insurance company botched my payment and cancelled the policy, Brian contacted me immediately, and he and Dory helped me get it reinstated.

They were good. They are very honorable and they call you back when they are supposed to. They are on the ball. They had all the information I needed. I would go back to them again, because they are a good company. Their price was the lowest.

I contacted an agent based on the recommendation of my rental management company.  The team was attentive and worked hard to find the most coverage for the least money.  The transaction to purchase the insurance was smooth and easy.

They failed to submit paperwork to the insurance company which resulted in a cancellation notice.

I contacted Brian and was immediately impressed with his up to date knowledge of Florida homeowner's insurance and issues. I had contacted a number of agents including my own homeowner's policy agent to help me find liability gap insurance policy since Citizen's no longer offerred the required coverage  for umbrella policy protection.  My own agent was useless and most agents I had contacted were either overpriced or unaware of market issues and conditions.  Brian knew exactly what was going on in the marketplace, knew the reasons behind the issues and searched for the best policy to fit my needs at an affordable rate.  He has gone out of his way to help me with mitigation forms and policy problems.  I only wish I had found him years ago.
I heartily recommend speaking to Brian before you get stuck with just any agent  who wants to sell you insurance. There are only a handful of top quality consumer-oriented agents here and Brian is one of the best.

They are just great. The owner will take time and talk to you. The office staff is always very nice and professional. They always find me the best rates and explain the differences in the coverage.

I moved to Tarpon Springs, FL and was very worried that I had to change insurance companies, but I was reassured that I didn't.  I was able to have the same service I have gotten over the years from far away.  The staff have been amazing and always able to answer every question I have.  I even received recommendaions for the rest of the family in the household. we have combined two households and the staff was able to provide them with better coverage than they had in the past.  Thank you!!!

In my opinion after many years of car insurance through them, they are TOP RATED because they keep up with your policy if anything , like price increases, or new laws, or just a better deal comes up, they notify you and tell you "It would be better to go with this car policy you get a little more for a little less, etc."  I surely appreciated that service over the years, I dont mind changing my car policy every 6 months (or when it came due or when they saw a better deal for me) because they stay on top of things. I did rate them LOW on 1 thing, because the "odds" caught up to them and to no fault of theirs, in my opinion, they gave me a horrible company name Infinity Indemnity Car Insurance that took advantage of me and cost me a months payment. The service is well above average for the AGENT, (not the carrier I mentioned - Infinity -) I would be very happy to use Great Florida again for all my insurance needs in the future
