Fantastic job, so glad we found Steve…and Angie reviews helped with our decision, so thanks to this community. Arrived same day we called, quickly found the problem, then proceeded to fix it. We will definitely call him again at the first sign of any door, glass or mirror issues.

Thanks Steve, for the "correct" adjustment to my PGT Zero Corner Slider doors. The doors work better now than what the builder installed 15 months ago! Not all slider fixes are a simple wheel adjustment. Thanks again!!

Steve, the owner, did a very good job in fixing a window that had a broken balance rod. In addition to replacing the rods, he adjusted the window to make it move freely and more securely. He also took the time to explain how the window mechanism works, and how to maintain the moving parts. Highly recommend!

They came right out and were on time and two man job. Work very professional and we appreciated getting it done quickly as afraid of it shattering. Turns out it was not insstalled correctly when the house was built and just letting go. Now when when I write all this i would certainly use them again. It is difficult dangerous work and nothing for a retired homeowner to tackle especially needing proper tools

Steve is a professional who really knows his business. The first time we used him a few months ago was for a window that wouldn't open. He got it open and made adjustments on other windows in the house at the same time. The second time we called him was because we could not lock our patio door and when he looked at it he determined that the wheels needed to be replaced. What a difference, the door slid so much easier and we could lock it! Today, Saturday afternoon, while cleaning the door tracks we could not get the doors to close all the way and they are very heavy impact glass. We called him and he diagnosed the problem over the phone...the door was off of the track. He was not even in the area but instructed my husband over the phone how to get it back on track. What an extremely nice thing to do! Stop looking for anyone else, this company is the best.

I have used Steven in the past and needless to say was very happy with the service he provides.  The lock on my slider was not catching and therefore I was unable to secure that door.  I called Steve and he stated he would be out first thing the next morning and sure enough he was.  He took care of the door and once again I was a happy camper.  Steve knows his business and I would highly recommend him.

Came to house and measured, ordered glass, called Friday before installation to set up appointment on Monday, arrived on time, took about an hour, removed all window stickers and cleaned glass perfectly.

It was an emergency repair and they responded same day. They arrived very quickly and the job was done very quickly and professionally. The Price was slightly higher than the quote due to how far out we live and needing an unanticipated part. And to their credit the quote was given over the phone so they had not yet sen the actual job. Nonetheless it was within the ballpark of the quote and the job was very professionally handled. We would definitely use this company again.

Upon Steve arriving at my home and repairing various windows, etc.  I found him to be very professional and efficient in getting the jobs done.  He explained what he was doing with each repair.  I requested I would like to have spare parts on hand for future use and he called PGT immediately and ordered the extra parts for me.    First impressions mean a lot and my impression of Steve was without a doubt, professional, efficient, courteous.............I would certainly recommend and use him again.  Thank You, Angie's  list. 

I had called to set this up for a particular date, and they initially didn't book it but said they'd call back.  They didn't call back until the day before that date.  In the meantime, I was already working on another vendor since I thought they had forgotten.  Would have a appreciated a quicker call back.  Once there, it went just fine.  Came and quickly fixed it and left.  Seemed a bit pricey for only a 15 minute visit and no parts, but they needed 2 people because it was an extra tall door.

Steve was professional and gave me the best deal he could. He made many phone calls trying to get the best price for me that he could. I definitely will use him again, and recommend him to friends.

I had windows that I couldn't open, or that wouldn't stay open. One was falling out of the trim. I heard from another glass company that special parts had to be ordered and that the parts couldn't be found. (This company was the one my HOA said I needed to call.) Glass Unlimited arrived the day I called, fixed all the windows with supplies from their truck, and did a beautiful job for a very fair price compared to the alternative. I'm considering hiring them in the future for new windows. I shared my experience with the HOA and they were pleased to find a great alternative.

He came to the house twice to ensure the repair was fixed. The window will eventually need to be replaced, but his fix has bought us extra time before we will need to replace it,

Steve George is the owner.  The overall experience went well.  We were happy.  We had a time issue and he went out of his way for us.  He was clean, concerned and personable.  It was a pleasant experience.  There was a problem in getting the permits; we don’t think he was familiar with the process.

I was extremely impressed with his service. He finished the work in just 45 minutes. He was fairly priced, professional, clean, accommodating, and did a great job. I would highly recommend him to others.
