GERARD J COUTURE ALUM CONTR

Innovative Construction sub-contracted the storm shutters out to Gerard J Couture LLC. They started work on time, did a nice job, and competed on time as promised. However, upon having the job inspected for completion of the building inspection, the county inspector found no site plan, no manufactures specifications, and the gap at the bottom was to large, and the shudders would not offer any wind protection. After contacting Gerard J Couture LLC and explaining the problem they said it would be fixed. Weeks went by and upon calling them they acted surprised that the re-inspection wasn?t complete. They assured me that they would take care of the necessary paperwork. Several more weeks went by when I reviewed the job card and permit and found the job was re-inspected and failed again. This time the gap was fixed but still no site plan and no manufactures specifications. I called and was told that they left the necessary paperwork, and could not understand what the inspector?s problem was. I was again told they would call and fix the problem. After several more weeks the person answering the phone stated they couldn?t find any paperwork and would call the inspector. Since then I get no answer, no return calls, and no help getting the inspection complete. It's now been seven (7) months!
