Geek Squad - Best Buy

Excellent in all respects except one area. I asked them to center one mount on a wall but in doing so, the mount structure blocked access to the elevated electrical outlet. This makes it difficult to unplug the TV. If they had moved the mount over 1-2 inches, it would be much easier to unplug the TV and would not have effected the desire to have the TV approximately centered on the wall.

Excellent! I cannot commend the Geek Squad enough for their professionalism and prompt response to our issue. I called another local appliance store to inquire about repair and was turned away because they only serviced appliances that were purchased from them. Pierce and his colleague, Colin, were second to none - provided multiple means to contact them, email, cell, etc. I would highly recommend Geek Squad and will use them for future issues, should they arrise.

Geek Squad mounted TV on the wall with concealed HDMI cables and connected all devices to my wi-fi network and enrolled me with Roku. Everything was working before the serviceman left and has continued working. He explained the remotes and operation of devices prior to leaving. Excellent job at a fair price.

Installer, Eric Jackson, was prompt and professional. He provided clear concise info re: tv operation and maintenance. Eric is the type of employee every employer should have.

The Geek Squad representatives showed up on time. They were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and gave us a quick tutorial on setup and use of the television.

The process started on January of 2015 and they finished up last month. It was not a good experience. My husband and I knew nothing about sound system and home theater technology. We just depended upon the people of Geek Squad to come out and look at what we needed and what we wanted. They wrote up a proposal. It changed over time. It was a slow and laborious process. My main issue was there was a lack of communication between the people who did the proposal and the technicians who actually came to the house. It was fine and we worked it out. I would not recommend them. They did resolve it at the end. There were a lot of cancelled appointments. It was a very disappointing experience.

After several storms my picture on my TV went out. After checking with my service provider it was determined something went wrong with the TV. Geek Squad came out and figured out the issue and had is working in no time at all!

I have no idea what he did, but it certainly worked. He spent almost an hour and used various tools and CDs that he brought. I wisely did not look over his shoulder.

The tech arrived on time, made the installation quickly, and showed me how to navigate the smart tv.

They honored their contract and I did not have any problem. They came and replaced the parts with no charge at all. They did great.

They were fine and I didn’t have any problems. The employees were very nice and very helpful; I’ve been to another Best Buy store and they were very nasty.

When my daughter broke her iPod (her fault), they replaced it without question. I usually hate warranties, but I usually buy them from Best Buy depending on the product.

Very well. It took awhile to undue the damage, but he was very patient and professional.
