Jorge was fantastic. Showed up on time, excellent communication, was personable and professional, and very fairly priced. I have already secured Jorge for other projects. I feel lucky to have found him.

I hired Jorge to do a diagnostic on an Air Conditioning Unit that was not working. My experience with him left me extremely disappointed. I felt Jorge tried to take advantage of the situation by quoting almost $1000 to replace an outdoor AC blower motor. To make matters worse, he mentioned that if I decided to postpone the repair until the next day, the cost would somehow decrease to around $800. This seemed highly suspicious, especially considering the fact that the part was still under warranty and I would have only been responsible for covering the labor charges. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and declined his offer. As it turns out, the actual cost of the repair turned out to be a mere $225. The significant difference between the initial quote and the actual cost was truly shocking and disheartening. It was clear evidence of the company's dishonesty and attempt to take advantage of customers like myself. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Jorge's lack of transparency and integrity. It is incredibly important for businesses to be honest and ethical in their operations, and regrettably, this company failed to uphold those values.

Jorge came quickly, diagnosed the issue properly, went out and got the required part and had it all done in a couple of hours. Great job!

Very quick to come by the same day. It is out of season but another AC business never showed so was great to have them get here after waiting a few days on the no show. It was great that he explained the two issues with pictures from his phone of the the condensor capacitor and another a circuit board all rusted. He said if the compressor didnâ  t work replacing the capacitor he would not install the second but he thought it should. It did and he was quick and professional about it. Under an hour and I had AC. Honestly thought I was going to need an upgrade. If you want chit chat call someone else. If you want a knowledgeable no nonsense pro call Jorge. John in Naples

I simply cannot imagine a more professional and seamless replacement of our dated HVAC system. I appreciated Jorge's kind, soft-spoken, and accommodating nature. I found his pricing to be attractive and more than fair. He even took the extra time to tend to the 'little things' not necessarily related to the basic installation of our system. He replaced a breaker and installed a new Wi-Fi thermostat, and at no additional expense. He left the job site absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend GC American Air. My advice...? Don't commit to your project without checking in with Jorge first!

Great service and communication

Jorge contacted us very quickly after our request for service. He visited our home to assess our needs. Hearing that we are snowbirds in the last few days of our FL stay, on the following day Jorge installed a wireless thermostat and guided us through the "app" connection process. He also performed needed maintenace on the central AC unit. We were very pleased with Jorge's professionalism and his expertise. We will definitely be making appointments with him for system maintenace in the future.
