Terrible electric bill more than doubled. WE have had constant problems since install. vents leaking condensation, unit over heating icing up more than 20 times, without air, is day or so before company gets out here. I don't know about you but a day and night without a/c is terrible. They will not refund any money nor replace the faulty unit. there seems to be major difference in air temp. from close to the handlier and then on otherside of the house big difference.
I am upset to spend all this money and be making payments on a system that does not work and electric bills are higher than the 20 year old trane we had. Bad decision, owner has medical problems and basic is not in the field anymore and his staff is running the company.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have given them an entire year before writing this review to make it right and 50 or more service call trips back to house before writing this.
I take this very serious and they had every chance to fix this problem. The staff is nice put says owner won't let them change unit out.
