My husband and I recently used Gail Blackburn from Barclay's to sell our house in SW Florida. The experience was excellent.
Gail's guidance was invaluable to us during the process. She was able to get an appraisal done quickly and advised us as to improvements we should make before listing so we would enjoy a quick sale. We did as she suggested and sold the house within two weeks of listing!!!
I can't say enough about Gail's handling of all the details involved in the sale. All along the way she smoothed the path for us while staying on top of the buyer's developments in order to keep the process moving quickly and easily. Her responsiveness is fantastic, answering questions and concerns, many times, within minutes.
