I had gotten three other estimates, and they were all much higher. I would like to give accolades to Armond Classetti, a sales person there. It was much easier with him than anyone else as far as getting any kind of an estimate. He came out on the job to my condo twice during the time it was put in. He oversaw what was going on and explained everything to me. You can definitely tell that his background is owning his own businesses. He made it much easier for the buyer to go with him because he helped me understand what was going on.
