I’m Lasthanson Aristhyl, the owner and operator of Fresh N’ Clean SWFL. I’ve been active in the industry for the last 7 years, and I’ve been operating Fresh N’ Clean SWFL since 2012. As a small business owner, nobody knows better than me that competition is fierce. But we’re going strong, and there’s a few reasons why. First, a cleaning company that can’t clean will be gone pretty quickly. That’s why it’s critically important for us to stay up to date when it comes to cleaning technology. As innovations take place, we’re able to devise ways to clean deeper and keep surfaces clean longer. Next, as a home service company, we’re passionate about reliability. We’ve all set up a service visit through a company, and we know what it’s like if the technician is extremely late, if there’s a long wait for a service date, or if the technician plain doesn’t show up at all. Your time is valuable. We know that. We pledge to minimize wait times and maximize satisfaction. And if there’s a problem, we’ll keep you in the loop. Finally, we believe in customer satisfaction. Sometimes it seems like our world is becoming more and more impersonal. Where instead of solutions, you get excuses. Where it feels like the company you’re dealing with just cares about making money, and integrity is optional. We’re not like that, and we never will be. When we do a job for you, we’ll do it right.
