Florida Gulf Coast Home Inspections

Glen and his co-worker showed up promptly and they were very professional. They brought a lap top to enter all the data and at the end they provided a print out on my house which they added to a preprinted binder that included general home info. As Glen did the home inspection he explained various functions to me like the pool pump, etc. All was fine up till this point. Once I closed on my house it turned into a money pit of things that the home inspection did not turn up. My dishwasher did not work, the leaking in the ceiling was not what he thought and on further inspection the roof was not installed properly which was causing the leak, when the dry wall from the leak was repaired a million ants came out of the wall, he called out damaged siding and said it would need repaired however he did not catch that the siding was causing another leak in my kitchen which had ruined the back of the kitchen cabinets. For two men that spent 4 hrs going over my house I feel they missed several things.
