9I will have to wait until October when I can relay the carpets to finish the story, but up to now, I have been very satisfied.

Totally unsatisfactory. Ordered mantle, when it came in it was the wrong color. Very shoty work. Chipped marble patched with resin that later fell out. When we questioned them about the color they told us that they would send us the color packet and that we needed to apply the color by ourselves. Never explained to us. They had us pay first before they would send us it. After many hours of frustration over the phone with them they agreed to ship us a new mantle if we shipped the old one back which would cost us another $1000 plus a ton of headache. No one in our area could even ship this for us. A lawyer told us that others have current lawsuits against Fines Gallery as well.
