My kitchen cabinet company hired this plumber. I don't want this review to be too unfair since the first plumber, Jeannette seemed excellent and was on time, did a neat clean disconnect and capped off the water. She was supposed to come back after the counter top installation and rehook up everything but Penny came instead and seemed more of an apprentice than a plumber. She was unable to remove the caps that Jeannette had installed and would need to come back or send Jeannette for this job. Her attitude to the job seemed extremely casual and somewhat sloppy - she got caulk on my carpet. She was however able to install an arrestor on the dishwasher line for me separate from the water hook up. The reason for the D: My cabinet company kept trying to get hold of Jeannette to come back to finish the job and they would not return calls and therefore the cabinet company called a different plumber to finish what Jeannette started. Very poor service all around. I think it is poor that one plumber did not finish the job they started.

The technician arrived at the appointed time and did a very thorough examination of the problem before starting the work. There were many issues involved in the drain in our old house and those were remedied along with the clog removal. I appreciated the technician's thoroughness and professionalism while working for the best outcome. We were very pleased.

The price was a little high for a blockage. They did have to remove a fixture. They could have lowered the price to make the experience better.

Excellent, honest company. Arrived right one time and work done was explained along the way. Great company and I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done. I feel that everything that I needed done was completed 100% and will not worry about any leaks, etc.

The main pipe bringing water into the house began leaking behind the wall. We could hear the sound of it when turning on the water. Within minutes, she had located the piece of drywall that needed to be taken down to reach the leak. Within an hour, the leaking pipe was replaced and I was able to turn the water on to the house again. This was on a Sunday afternoon. She arrived within 2 hours of my calling in the problem and was done in an hour.
The cost was very reasonable. She explained what she was doing as she went and told me what needed to be done in the future and gave me an estimate for that work on the spot. She and her partner were professional, quick to perform work charged at a weekend hourly rate, and cleaned up well after the work was done.
I will definitely call Extreme next time I have a plumbing issue and will likely use them for the preventive work that needs to be done.

It was excellent. Extremely courtesy and professional. Timely in their response. The plumber was excellent, tried several parts to ensure that it worked correctly, as it was an old piece that created some issues. She did get it fixed. She was concerned with making sure that she did not dirty it up. She was very professional. Jeanette was great.

called to report the problem. Phone was answered quickly and professionally. Within a couple hours help arrived. Very considerate of removing shoes and keeping house clean. Problem was resolved in less than an hour. Very professionally.

We noticed the leak on December 10, 2011 and contacted the ladies at Extreme Plumbing that day. They were able to respond early the next day, and put a temporary patch on the leak, due to the location of the leak, and suggested a repiping of the house. Penny was very courteous and efficient. We were very happy with her work and her demeanor.

Had previously hired for installing a new commode in the master bath. That was such a good experience, called them again when I needed my washer/dryer moved to a new location.
Plumbers are ladies, very professional and cleaned up job site to perfection. could send a picture to Good Housekeeping.
Very reasonable in pricing and constantly gave me advice on how to save money on the installation. Who does that?
I am a senior citizen and live alone so was very comfortable having these ladies in my house.
