Robert is the person who comes out every 6 months to check our system. He is excellent. I think our last job done by him was free since it was within a year of getting a new system. There is no charge for the first couple of maintenance checks that he does after that. We wanted somebody who we could trust, who would tell us the truth and one who wouldn?t try to pump up charges or fake things out. We have had that problem with some of the other vendors where they threatened us and told us that if we didn?t have something done, then we could be in trouble with the government. They basically lied. However, we know whatever Robert tells us is true. He is good and his prices are reasonable. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

We have no trust in the first company. Robert patiently tested the compressor, the slow start capacitor and the main capacitor. After he finished he provided us with an estimate. We had 2 prices, 1 with a one-year maintenance contract. One with just the current parts and labor. We opted to purchase the one year contract plus the existing parts and labor. There is a 15% discount on parts when you have a maintenance contract. Robert also guarantees his parts and labor for 5 years.
