We called them about their charges. They quoted us how much it would cost to diagnose the problem and then explained what the cost of the labor and/or parts would be. They were able to log into our computer remotely and find and fix the problem at a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. We will definately use them again in the future!

The installation went extremely smooth. They worked within my deadline and left the place immaculate. The cabling came out exactly like I hoped it would and functions perfectly. I've used them many times in the past and have not been disappointed yet. I will continue to use them for networking, software and cabling projects.

Never had a virus before, and I was working a project deadline, Paid $75 escalation fee to expedite the repair, and it was still a better price quote than another provider who couldn't even look at it the same day. Very happy with the results, and the staff seems very friendly and empathetic.
