On the day that I was supposed to close on the house the mortgage lender (not them) and their rules changed. Because their rules changed I would have to come up with a little more money on the day before the closing. Kathleen went to bat for me and got a supervisor to sign off on the old rules so I wouldn't be forced to pay any more money! They were very helpful and did a great job!
