Our dog went blind.  She was fine one minute, the next minute she couldn't see.  They put her on an antibiotic and they recommended a doggie eye doctor, which we couldn't afford, but the antibiotics seemed to have brought some of her sight back.  We have five dogs, a cat, and a bird.  Now mind you, that was the first time we had been to that vet and they saw her on an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning.  So it wasn't like a regular visit.

I have been using Dr Bower for years and have always been pleased with his caring.   I had to take a dog to him to be put down and he was wonderful.   The staff is efficient and professional.  The only drawback here is sometimes you have to wait for awhile.

We used them one time. We believe that we were overcharged for a couple of unnecessary tests. The place is not clean and the doctor had a real attitude like he was doing us a favor. He was not friendly and he would not answer all my wife?s questions. He didn?t take us seriously. He didn?t answer the questions. He thought everything was funny and a joke. He didn?t take things seriously and it was very frustrating for my wife. We are not going back there.

The doctor made a very thorough examination of our aging cat and gave a comprehensive and caring assessment of all our options. He took all the necessary time to make sure the information was delivered and understood. Bright guy. Highly recommend.

I've had many pets over the years and have been to many different veterinarians. I have also had my cats into this vet, they are very caring and welcoming. Unlike some vets they do not try to push extra and unneeded tests on you. The prices are also very reasonable. If I could give them a higher rating I would, they have been that good to my pets and me.

I like them so much because they really care about animal charities and rescue facilities. Their office manager is Adrian Gettman, and she is so knowledgeable and caring. The have a program set up that if you find a hurt wild animal, Eastside is a pick up location for CROW, a clinic for wild life rehabilitation. I actually run an animal charity, so I can be very picky when choosing where to take my animals. They have a very nice groomer there as well.

The service here is always prompt and courteous.  The vets are caring.  It has a 'down home' atmosphere which reminds me of the vet in All Creatures Great and Small.

My husband especially likes Dr. Bower.  He is really fantastic.
