I called to have items installed for my home watch customer. Elmer (owner) arrived on time and proceeded to compete the job in a timely, efficient, manner.  I have used his services exclusively for several years and have never failed to be impressed with his prompt attention to any last minute situation that arises. He is professional, efficient, detailed oriented and reasonable. I would and do recommend him to family, friends, and clients. It is so hard to find professional's who get the job done when you need them immediately and have reasonable rates. The fact that this is a family owned business is also a bonus. If you need to call a plumber he is the first one to call... you will not be disappointed!

Diversified Plumbing is very responsive and professional.  Their prices are very fair.  I had used them a couple months prior for a bathroom flood we encountered.  Elmer the owner is very friendly and explains the problem and the resolution in detail.  He performed the leak detection for us and also replaced the guts of our toilets that were not flushing.  Unfortunately both toilets were still having issues after this.  He sent a representative out who was able to replicate the issue in our guest bath and fixed it by adjusting the chain.  He was not able to replicate it in our master bathroom however.  It continued to happen but I felt bad about calling them back out since they did not charge us to look at it the first time. 

Today when our water heater stopped working, I went to my emergency list left by Lennar and debated calling the company that installed it.  I'm so DONE with Lennar that I immediately put the phone down and called Elmer.  He had someone out the same day and the reset the water heater and fix the flapper in the master bathroom.

Overall, we are happy with the job they performed, however, they did not pull a permit prior to the commencement of the job.  My husband had already taken leave from his job, so we were not in a good position to tell them not to start until we had a permit.  One week into the job,  a permit was finally issued, and three days later, we passed the inspection.   One part of the job could have been done better (getting the pipes to the kitchen sink).   They made unnecessary connections when they could have gone through a back closet and avoided them, or most of them. They should have asked us before they continued in this area and told us our options.   Manabloc is all about the pipe going right to the fixture without any connections needed.  All workers were polite and somewhat professional (They kept telling us "little white lies" about the permit, not knowing that we were able to see what was happening on line through the county website).

Remodeling through line & made repairs accordingly.
