William Soll did a cost estimate for our kitchen remodel project. The job entailed a new ceramic floor, removal of some wall areas, new lighting, new kitchen cabinets and countertop. The scheduling of the demolition, carpenters, tile layers, plumbing, cabinet assembly and countertop went better than I expected. Was it perfect? No, but orchestrating about 5 crews all working in the confines of the kitchen earned our respect. We are asking William to bid on two more projects. Also I need to point out that the kitchen remodel was done under bid.
