Just bought the house and my first home with an irrigation system. They provided a thorough review of my irrigation system and set it up for best performance. Made recommendations to improve the system by changing to more efficient spray heads. There was no pressure or sales pitch. Just honest information for my consideration for future upgrade.

The technician arrived and toubleshot the system. He determined the pump motor relay was malfunctioning and replaced it with a new part from his van. He then turned on the system to determine that the relay was the only problem. The system worked perfectly. He then checked all sprinklers to insure they also were performing correctly. After insuring the total system was working properly, he left. I would like to add, the technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and did not waste any time. I rated "Responsiveness" as a "B" only because the company could not schedule my repair until nine days after I called them. Not a problem though. I have not rated "Price" because I have not received the bill yet.

Original call went fine. I also asked about a service agreement and I signed up for a yearly service agreement in which they would come out a number of times throughout the year. Every time they came out the tech (and a different tech each time) found something wrong and it might range from and added $80.00 to a few hundred dollars. Keep in mind the system did its job for 15 plus years with little to no repairs needed. Then they change the service intervals from four times per year to three times per year and I had to call to remind them to provide the service?? This year when I had to call (again) they simply forgot I was on a service agreement and asked me to sign a new agreement. Enough is enough and I'm moving on.

Troy actually showed up earlier than appointment time which was great. I told him of the problems I was having. He checked it out and found what the problem was. He replaced solenoids for zones 1 and 2. Alarm light went off and no more error messages. He checked to make sure the zones were functioning correctly. Now my sprinkler system is back in business. Thanks Troy for a job well done.
