D&G seal coating came to my neighborhood (Laguna Lakes) and reseal coated our streets. After several discussions with different neighbors and board members, I found out the companies equipment broke and exploded seal coating all over my driveway. After seeing it that night, I contacted my hoa and of course within the week the company sent an employee to pressure clean the driveway. The gentleman didn't even speak English and vaguely tried to ask my wife if he could borrow a scrub brush. He then proceed to completely destroy it and toss in the trash can. He also very poorly cleaned the driveway. Leaving pressure cleaning lines in a very unprofessional manner on sidewalk and driveway. AND the seal coating was still there. This was first week of December. After months of waiting for a resolution, and the excuse of "waiting till New year after holidays", I finally got an answer. A woman from my hoa board handed me an old used scrub brush, Goo gone and an oil degreaser and told me to use elbow grease to get it off because "the company said they will not do anything to address the problem." What kind of company won't fix a problem they made. I understand mistakes happen with equipment BUT what respectable company doesn't take care of the problem? Who makes a home owner clean the companies mess? Very very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Ever. Attached are pictures before and after the pressure cleaning.
