Bad things CAN happen to good people!! So during our lives, we may ended up with extra lemons....... we made Lemonade! Due to our financial situation, I knew I would not be able to get a vehicle from a dealer new......... honestly, after the last several years, struggling just to make ends meet..... I don't think I will ever buy a new car!!!! Been there done that! After researching all the used car sales places that offer, the "buy here, pay here" service in the area, I was looking for, 1) one that would be willing to work with me. 2) Treat me with respect 3) End result being a decent used car, without being "taken".4) Knowing my financial situation, one that wouldn't take advantage of my position. I didn't feel as though he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. My entire experience was extremely positive, pro-customer service that I have ever received. Even after I explained what issues I was having, they didn't react like another company up the street, reacted towards me. Their reaction was more of the, .... whatever the problem is, lets work it out until you, (I) am satisfied!! Now going into this type of car dealership, I went in knowing my interest rate was going to be higher, that is just the way it is..... They even worked with me on that. When the day came after I was able to save enough for my down payment, I met Rob Tyler, a salesman there. I have to say, it is so important to be made to feel as though I am important customer. It is embarrassing enough that I have to explain my past financial situation of lots of medical bills, victim of identity theft, and current bankruptcy to a salesman, and not get stereotyped, and be made to feel less than others. Rob was great, very personal, he was not pushy, and he did everything he could to ensure a positive experience. They worked with me, even after I brought the vehicle back the next day and reported some issues..... They took care of all my issues, didn't charge me. I will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future again, and I will also spread the word regarding the integrity of this company. Thank you Ray and Rob!!!
