This company is nearly impossible to get a hold of, but the minute you are late on a bill they discontinue my service. I do not recommend this company to others.

"We contest this customer's characterization. This customer's account was seriously in arrears before termination. He moved without giving us proper notification and took equipment that was contractually ours without returning it. Representatives of our company had indeed communicated with him and he had received timely responses."

I have had zero problems. The overall experience is excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again. The web service is super fast.
