I forgot the man’s name, but the person who came was very, very patient professional. He explained everything, diagnose the problem and was able to fix it all in one day I would recommend this company and all of their technicians. I have to say are great. I forgot the name of the one who helped me.

I trusted Jacob the owner to analyze the problems with my AC and paid him the thousands he asked for. He took my money and suddenly new problems emerged demanding more money. He's either dishonest or inept or both. I hired a REAL AC company and fired Crown.

They did a new install of a unit for me pull permit but never closed it I've called multiple times cannot get no help. During the install they did drywall damage I overlooked it because I thought they were a good company now I'm seeing I was too nice to them

Hired as a sub Homeowners were very happy.

I was using another mechanical contractor and was under an annual service agreement. I had issues with the quality of their work when they replace a drainage line - That's where it started - After they were out we began to have serious humidity which they were unable to resolve hence I called Crown Cooling - Family operated - They sent their top tech out and solved the problem. I dropped the other company and went with a company that has proven to be knowledgeable, professional and customer focused. I stronly recommend this company.

This is a wonderful company! The appointment was easy to schedule. Alan explained everything he was doing, installed a smart thermostat and an air purifier, checked and cleaned our system, and was a pleasure to have in my home. Reasonable price and excellent service... deserves 10 stars!

Alan Phillips and his team of professionals were top notch in every aspect of the entire replacement of the of the air conditioning system. All questions were answered by the knowledgeable and courteous Mr. Phillips. The premises were left spotless. Highly recommendable. Thank you Alan.
