It went wonderful and it is built like a submarine. We are in a hurricane/flooding zone so there are a lot of regulations and code requirements that have to be met. The materials were hand picked by him. Also, he didn't hire any subcontractors, did the work himself. We were extremely impressed with his work. He built it like he was building it for himself. He has a high attention to details.
