I dropped the computer, backup disc and cords on Tuesday and they said they could have it done by Thursday 11 AM. I called Thursday and they said it would be done by 11 AM - that Brian was working on it. When I arrived at 11 AM the repair was not done. They said "Brian is on his way in if I could wait he would fix it." I had a flight out of town in 3 hours and could not wait. They said that I could leave the back up drive and they would complete the fix on line. They told me they would be in contact to do the online fix.
They never called. I returned home a week later and went to pick up my back up disk. They told me, Brian can fix it, he is on his way in - AGAIN!.
This was terrible service and they made promises that they could not keep.
I cannot recommend this company; they are inept and unprofessional.

It went wonderful they were able to retrieve most of my files and pictures for a very reasonable price.
