Computer Medics was referred to me by a friend whom I knew through business. She trusted them completely so I thought we should be able to also.

They helped us by cleaning up our computer as well as my in-laws. For those repairs we took the computer to them. I've also had problems with a dead monitor but for that problem, they came to my home. I had NO idea what the problem was, but the tech had a monitor in his car and installed it quickly.

As I mentioned, about a year ago, I had a new computer installed in my home. Everything went smoothly.

I had always been nervous about trusting my computer to strangers. Mike and Computer Medics aren't strangers now.

I've also emailed questions to Mike. He is prompt with replies.

When my printer died several months ago, he recommended Cartridge World in Fort Myers. They are also fabulous.

We highly recommend them. They are absolutely fantastic.

I have used this company about 5 or 6 times in the last several years and I very pleased.

I was very inpressed with Computer Medics from start to finish. Any problems and I just call them and they can correct or show me how to correct problems thru my computer. Very helpful to a tech challenged person like me. Plus it's wonderful to talk to people who I can understand.

Scott from Computer Medics did everything in my home that I already had done, and I paid for his time. Took my computer to their shop where he re-installed Windows 7. I permanently lost some OEM software because the computer originally came with VISTA. Later, my Windows 7 became partially disabled because Computer Medics forgot to insert the Product Key. However; they were very good about it when I called and they talked me through the fix. I was most impressed with the speed of their service throughout.

He came to me recommended as competant, and I believe that to be true.

They are excellent. They are very experienced and reliable. When you call them you get a response right away. I will continue to use them for future work.
