I t took 3 scheduled appointments before they finaly got here to do the job. The first two appointments no one showed up

There is no excuse for workmanship. Preceding this service call, I had ordered a new box delivered over night and agreed to pay a 39.95 overnight delivery charge. Instead took 4 business days for box to arrive, and there was no telling what caused the delay, their system was not set up to track it. Cable signal technology used in the area has remained the same for the past 10 years. I am not in favor of increased government regulation, but any increased oversight would only benefit Comcast consumers.
