Description of Work: I had just purchased the residence, so I needed to have the cable service restored. The serviceman showed up exactly on time. He immediately went to work and found a complete mess in the actic with the method the prior resident had run the cable. He took over 2 hours repairing and rewireing all the cable outlets. This was way beyond the call and insured all outlets were carrying the correct signal. Not often can you give a cable service cudos but this guy earned it!

 + -1 moreI t took 3 scheduled appointments before they finaly got here to do the job. The first two appointments no one showed up or called.
Description of Work: They had to reconnect the cable in the wall and get their cable box working

 + -1 moreThere is no excuse for workmanship. Preceding this service call, I had ordered a new box delivered over night and agreed to pay a 39.95 overnight delivery charge. Instead took 4 business days for box to arrive, and there was no telling what caused the delay, their system was not set up to track it. Cable signal technology used in the area has remained the same for the past 10 years. I am not in favor of increased government regulation, but any increased oversight would only benefit Comcast consumers.
Description of Work: Provider responded to report of cable failure in guest bedroom of highrise condo. Considered it a "weak signal" as opposed to an improper installation by Comcast previously. Cable was routed under wood laminate flooring and on top of concrete in high traffic area.
