Windows were somewhat cleaned.Tracks were not cleaned.Windows were left unlocked and screen was put back in backward and on outside of window.It was obvious that they wanted to get in and out as fast as possible.Never again.After contacting them I was sent an email that they were sorry our demands weren't met! Are they nuts?I have stopped payment.

The power washing was fine. The leaves in the cutters were removed: however, ALL the leaves were dumped on 2 locations on the side of my house. The only way to clean the leaves out of the cutters were to bag them during the process. We have had our cutters cleaned many times by various companies and the bagged leaves were taken away, or given to us for inclusion with the weekly lawn/shrub pickup. We did not notice that the leaves were dumped on our property until 2 days later. We called Coastline 3 times and left messages complaining about the dumped leaves. We have not received a return call. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company. This is the most irresponsible and unprofessional company I have ever dealt.

The cleaning the pool cage screen was totally acceptable! The pollen on the outside of the screen was barley removed by the pressure cleaning. Awful Job! In addition, the man doing the cage cleaning shut off my pool filter and removed the vacuum cleaning brush head (reason unknown) and left the hose out of the pool water. After he finish the job, he turned the filter back on but did not reconnect the brush and put it back in the pool. As a result, my filter system was sucking in air which could have burned out the motor! I heard the pool motor straining, went outside and corrected the problem. From what I can see from ground level outside the house, the roof looks clean. I complained to the company, told them I was not going to make the final payment until the pool screen was cleaned properly. They requested that I take and send pictures of the screen to them. I sent the pictures and called them several times for updates. No response from them! I checked my credit card today and I saw they have charged my card for the total job! UNACCEPTABLE!!

The two member team arrived early (which was great). They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Once I brought my pets inside and showed them where the water supply was, they immediately got out their equipment and set to work. They did a great job! Due to the winter season being their busy season, it did take a month for my appointment. When I used them in the summer last time, they scheduled my appointment for the very same week.

The roof looks clean; however, I do not know whether they used the soft wash method, or regular high pressure method, because they were an hour or more early for our appointment, and I didn't get to see the work. I specifically hired them due to the soft wash procedure, because my tile roof is 20 years old. They were literally packing up when I got home, and I was a half hour early for the appointment time. This is why I graded them down on the punctuality; it should be at least close to the appointed time. Even though their ads say they will do a free driveway clean with a roof clean, my driveway was not done, and it needs it. I am disappointed all in all.

Research on Angie's List and inquiries among personal and business acquaintances made Coastline our first choice. We couldn't have been more pleased with them. Two courteous and competent young men arrived on schedule, worked diligently and completed the job in 2-3 hours. All the areas they worked on look great and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Our roof was black with mold and also sections of mold appeared on our soffit. Since the roof is about 15 years old, we didn't want a high pressure. This company does do a soft wash. The two employees were awesome. They were such hard workers, professional and just plain nice. They worked so **** ** our roof. As my neighbor exclaimed, "Looks like you got a new roof". They cover the plants so none of our landscaping experienced any damage. If you have the coupon from the HomeMag, it offers a free driveway cleaning with roof cleaning. They don't just pressure wash the drive, they actually use a floor-type scrubber on the drive. Would not hesitate to use Coastline in the future.

My employer uses Coastline Window Cleaning for all of their retail locations so I decided to contract them to clean the roof of my parents' home. I could not be more pleased with the results and I highly recommend them. They were prompt, courteous, professional and the roof looks brand new!

Originally we had them scheduled for December 2015 but family emergency kept us from keeping the appointment. I advised Tasha of our problem but promised I would reschedule when we could. They were very nice about the situation and kept us on their books. I just had them reschedule us and they were wonderful to assist us with our new appointment.
Brian showed up when scheduled went right to work and I was very pleased at the results - the windows look 100% better than I could have done including the screens. They are a no nonsense Company and their employees are professional and friendly from the customer service on the phone to the workers. I trust them to do a great job and would and will hire them again.
