Terrible quality-floor scratched within days of installation from step stool even though we were told the floor was "Un -scratchable". All our furniture and cabinets have those plastic 7 rubber protectors on them, and the floor still scratched. Terrible installation- the bottom step was completely crooked, and gaps left in the wall, glue smeared all over the sides and everywhere. I looked at Walfre while he was doing the steps, and told him it was not satisfactory, but he told the owner we approved it. NOT! When we complained about it, the worker accused us of doing the work ourselves!!! Terrible customer service-once the floor was installed, the 2 sons never called us back, and it took weeks for Bill, the owner to text us back, going on for almost a year now, but he accused us of messing up the job after Walfre left! Floor installed Aug2023, as of July2024, they have not fixed it. We have to hire someone else to fix the stair and left with scratches everywhere.

Very professional! Customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. They showed up on time and got the job done in 1 day when it was scheduled for 2. The installers were polite and cleaned up when they were done. We are extremely happy with our new floors. Thank you Gavin & Billy for making it such an easy process.
