Randy and his crew started our pool a couple of weeks ahead of time since the permits took less time than had been expected. As a result, they finished a couple of weeks sooner than the original estimated date. All of the people who worked on the pool were very hard working and were very nice people. I was kept informed on what to expect and when to expect it. They continued to take care of the pool for us for one month after it was filled to make sure everything is taken care of exactly as it should be for a new pool. I could not have asked for a more professional installation of the pool and it turned out "exactly" like we wanted. Have used Coastal Custom Pool and Spa on many occasions. They are always prompt and use methods which will keep our cost down as much as possible. Very pleased with Kenny who is very responsive and will figure out how to resolve the problem avoiding "sitting there on the clock" costing us $$$ by the hour. He has always given us excellent service. The prices are quite good considering we do live on an island with a toll and the repair is completed without needing a follow-up.

Excellent job and workers. Great customer service. They were able to start the job timely and finish in about 2 weeks. It looks beautiful and will last a lifetime! Kept me informed all the way.

Estimates cannot always for see all problems with a pool repair. Some changes occurred during the repair. These were explained and priced well as the repair progressed.

The customer service and work preformed was outstanding. The work took 5 days with a new "specialty" crew doing the work each day.... all of these people were easy to get along with and very professional. The first day two people came to drain the pool and set up a pump to drain the ungergroung water. The second day a person came to install the new waterline tile. The third day 3 people came to undercut the old finish off and put on the bond coating. The fourth day 4 people came to apply the new finish and new fittings. Day five to eight people came to start-up and balance the chemicals.

They were the highest of the three quotes I got, but I trusted them the most. We definitely feel like we made the right choice. They are responsive with any problems that arise.
