I had my reverse osmosis system installed today. The crew was Fanta and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my qualifications and explained everything to us. I am a very happy client!!

Service tech did not complete the task. There appears to be a breakdown of communication from dispatch to technician or some type of disengagement with the entire operation. This is my second or third issue with this company. Never again. I loathe unprofessionalism.

I made an appointment in November 2015 for an estimate on January 15, 2016.  We where coming to Florida for only 5 days and needed a water system estimate.  All of the other water companies showed on time except for Water America.  Did not receive any notification that they had to cancel or re-schedule.  Received a call on Jan 21 apologizing for missing the appointment. We had already purchased a competitors system.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] is correct on all the facts. The day he called and set the appointment we were having flooring installed and were in a state of disarray. The appointment information got lost in the confusion. Four working days after Mr. Queenan’s initial contact we called to apologize that we lost the appointment information. We wish him all the best with his home in Florida. I am sure he will be happy it and his new water equipment. With 28 years in business and 38,000 customers we have only had to use the pencil eraser a very few times. Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We have an annual maintenance contract with them for our well. Over the past 10+ years we have had not only their regular quarterly maintenance, but had our system entirely replaced over the past year.  Can't remover how much, but very reasonable and professional.
