They handled it terribly. You should not have to pay them that much up front. I would definitely not recommend them to others. I will not use them in the future. ($5,400.00)

AC stopped working on a Saturday, called City Wide that advertises 24/7 response. Got an answering machine saying they would return on Monday. The finally came out on Tuesday and could not repair the system that they has checked about five weeks previously and told me that it was working "fine".
