+ -1 moreThe bed is to soft and now I need to go and purchase a replacement. This was the third and last bed I will purchase from this company.
Description of Work: Following the return of a bed as was under warranty, the sales person misrepresented the replacement mattress. The replacement was of poor quality and with no warranty. She stated the mattress was firm which was the main focus. It was a city mattress product.
