This company correctly evaluated all aspects of the project including accurate total cost, permitting requirements, necessary repairs on existing structure and all associated concerns. The integrity of the proposal was maintained throughout the job and all changed were discussed and agreed upon. The personnel on the job site were very professional and skilled. The owner of the company kept close oversight from beginning to completion and was often physically present and actually working personally on the job. We were not present during parts of the construction, but were kept updated on the progress with photos, emails, and texts. We found this company through a referral. We were told we could expect a top-notch result and we got it. From the first day to the last, everything went smoothly and as expected. We would absolutely use this company again and would heartily recommend them. There were no surprises or disappointments. Mark Millar, owner, is a pleasure to work with.

I was very pleased with the whole  experience with Citi Developments of Ft. Myers  from start to finish. This was our first time replacing windows, and my husband and I did not know what to expect, or where to start. We were not only given  great choices; we were also given great advice, from Mark, in reference to what would be best suited for our home. His suggestions actually saved us money! The ewindows that were installed were facing the hottest side of our home. We no longer have a problem with feeling the heat coming into our home, which was our biggest issue. Citi Developments was also very neat. The mess was contained and cleaned quickly. My husband, prior to our window installation, had broken one of the window seals. Mark and his team fixed it just like new! Not long after installation, we received a call, to make sure we were happy with our product and service, from Mark himself. To me, this says alot about the importance of customer satisfaction. Citi Developments is trustworthy, neat, helpful, and is owned by a very honest man. There is no better choice, and when we replace our remaining windows we will return to Citi Developments of Ft. Myers!

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. Citi Developments is a great company.

The project went well in 2006. However, I recently discovered the roof was leaking at one of the plumbing vents in the roof. The roof was still under the five year warrentee but the roofer (who had subcontracted to Citi) had gone out of business. I contacted Mr. Millar concerning the leak. He met me at the house and confirmed the leak location. Mr. Millar returned the following day and repaired the leak. In addition he inspected all of the other plumbing vents to make sure there were no other problems. Mr. Millar did not charge me for his time or the materials required to fix the leak. Needless to say, I was quite happy and impressed that he honored the warrentee of the defunct roofer. I will certainly consider using Citi Developments again for any future remodeling work.
