It was extremely good. He was extremely nice. He did a good job. I would recommend him to anybody. He was a little expensive but he did the job. He was responsive; he got here and did everything.

This company was referred to me by Sandpiper Plumbing as more appropiate for my need.  While on first contact I was sort of apprehensive I am very happy to have had Charlie come over.  He is a no-bs person, efficient, & very reasonably priced.

He showed up very quickly, got right to work and had me going within a half hour.

I had a clog in the Kitchen sink line that I could not get to with a snake (blew $50 renting a snake at home depot to no avail) due to a tricky 90 degree bend in the pipe that was about 25 feet from the vent that I was using to access it. My home is raised, this is why I know how the plumbing runs. Anyways, i called Charlie on the recommendation of another plumber in the area and thought I would be looking at a service visit the following day or even later. Nope, I called Charlie at 1pm and he said he could be to the house after I got off work (6pm), Charlie arrived at 7pm and my clog was fixed within 20 minutes. Charlie was very nice, professional, courteous and fixed everything quick.
