 + -1 moreDo not trust Carlson, they are the worst of the worst. Carlson installed the wrong tile in our home. It doesn't match, it's a completely different tile. Matching the tile was the only reason we chose to go to them in the first place. They failed to uphold their only promise. However, they could not care less about our dissatisfaction. Carlson denied everything. They lied and tried to blame my wife and I for their error. They threatened to sue us if we didn't pay them every dime. We could not be anymore disappointed and disgusted with Carlson's incompetence and arrogance. They behaved shamefully.
Description of Work: Replace carpeting in bedroom with same tile in the rest of the house.
