We had our home built in 2018 into 2019. Cardinal Roofing put our roof on. January 23 2019 we had a major roofing leak and they came out and "fixed it" Feb 2019. Our house was not completed until April 2019 and we did not move in until then. On September 29, 2020 - it started leaking again - the same place they repaired it. I called them and was told that they only warrant their roof for ONE year. I told them it was leaking where they had repaired it. They wanted me to pay them $250 to "come out and look at it". This is a BRAND NEW house and a BRAND NEW roof! There should be ZERO leaks. I would never recommend them. I am happy to submit pictures

The service was excellent. They are one of the companies that I would not hesitate to recommend to somebody. He's punctual, professional, very responsive in every way and did a terrific job. The staff are very efficient. I do remember a compare of prices because I got several different quotes and they were the cheapest and I was very pleased with the service. They didn't cut any corners or anything. They did a great job.
