Signed a contract with Captiva Design for my new kitchen in Jan 2017. I moved into the house in Nov 2017. It's now April 2018 and I still don't have a functioning kitchen with functioning appliances. They hand cut cabinet fronts and shelves in my driveway. No edge banding - exposed wood. My appliances still don't fit into the cabinets. I hired a 3rd party expert to verify and confirmed there are serious issues. Horrible company and they won't stand behind their work!

Horrible company and they won’t stand behind their work! I moved into my new house in Nov 2017. It’s now April 2018 and I still have appliances that can’t be installed. Wrong size cabinets ordered and installed. Captiva hand cut cabinet fronts and shelves in my driveway. No edge banding - exposed wood. I hired a 3rd party independent expert to verify we have serious issues!
