The estimate over the phone was what I paid. The plumber was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The experience was very positive one and I would use them again.

I dealt with Corey for my estimate who was very understanding and helpful...he gave me a very fair quote to get the work done. Unfortunately two guys were sent out to do the job, one who obviously wasn't happy he was sent out on this job and the other ( a young guy) who goofed off and talked about me (the owner) who was in the room opposite the job. After complaining about the workers that were sent Corey assured me he would send out someone I would be happy with, he apologized saying they had been shorthanded. The next guy he sent out was professional and wished to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I was more than pleased with the new crew he sent and wished I had dealt with them in the first place. However, to his credit, he made the situation right. I would call Corey again to have them do the work but would make sure I got the second crew not the first.

The work went really well. I called other plumbers too and they showed up within two hours of me calling them exactly as they said they would. They took care of the problem. They were charging me by the hour and since there was time to kill they did another repair on my house.
