California Closets - Ft Meyers

Had problems with the install. Holes were visible in the back of my unit as it was cute to g by the factory. I was told that my electric plug would not show and it did because my designer measured wrong My glass was not in. I had to call them multiple times to get someone out to fix my unit Took 3 months for someone to come out. If I didn’t keep calling them, they would have completely forgot about me. Would never use again. They do not respond quickly.

The guys who did the install were great - and they had to be because the plans they came with differed from what the salesperson worked out with us. I has to redesign the whole set up to accommodate wiring etc. Again, the installers were first rate but there was a disconnect somewhere between the sale and "final" install.

Everyone at California Closets was professional and dedicated to customer care. My sales person drew out the exact designs for me so that I could make an informed decision. The installer was very professional, conscientious and very well trained. My closets look great!

They did 4 closets for us. One man came out and worked on all 4 closets. It took him about 5 hours. The work he did was very neat and very clean. I am very, very pleased with them. They are a professional company.
