Had problems with the install. Holes were visible in the back of my unit as it was cute to g by the factory. I was told that my electric plug would not show and it did because my designer measured wrong My glass was not in. I had to call them multiple times to get someone out to fix my unit Took 3 months for someone to come out. If I didn’t keep calling them, they would have completely forgot about me. Would never use again. They do not respond quickly.
