Very good at explaining the process

The work crew and owner were great, friendly and cleaned up the job site well. Only glitches were the long time between quote and install and two requests needed to get the HOA required paperwork in order. When the County Inspector arrived, the needed form was not on site and the manual roll down control was missing. Both were quickly supplied by the owner with one phone call.

Quality installation.

I hired this company in October 2019 to inspect, lubricate and repair accordion hurricane shutters, They charged by the hour, which I will never do again, as I felt that they milked the hours charged, which I pointed out to them, but they maintained the charge. They told me that one of the wheels on one of the shutters needed to be replaced, but that they could not do it. I asked why not, since I hired them to repair it, but they said that they just do not do that. They did replace the locking pins, but with a variety of sizes that had no rhyme or reason to it, and they did lubricate the shutters, charging me double what a can of the lubricant they used cost at Ace- they left me an empty can, so I would know what to buy the next time. Overall, I felt like the guys did not work all that hard and certainly for the amount of time they claimed they did, and I felt cheated . When I called to speak to a manager, I got the run around and no one ever came out to fix the shutter wheel. I would not recommend them for accordion shutter repair based on my experience with them. I am now hiring another company to do this repair.

They haven't been installed yet. They are still being made but, I am very pleased with everyone who has come out.

They haven't installed the shutters as of yet send another survey in November and I can answer these questions
