One night I came home to find my sprinkler system running and running, regardless of my trying to shut it off at the box, so it had to be turned off at the water main. I was afraid I'd have to have the whole box replaced. When I called Blue Heron., they were able to schedule to come quickly. They arrived on time, listened to my problem, then went right to the heart of the matter, letting me know that a solenoid blew on my sprinkler system which they showed me. They also checked my whole sprinkler system and even relocated a sprinkler head to give better coverage. They bill on an hourly basis, but they were so quick and efficient that they were completely done working in one hour. I was very pleased, will call them back again when needed and am happy to recommend them..

When you try to call for a service call, you get a very nice person in the office. Unfortunately, that person is not allowed to schedule calls. She will take your message, then you must wait until the evening to receive a call back from one of the bosses to schedule your appointment. When he does the schedule, he tells you what day but does not give you a time. We ended up having to cancel our first appointment when they hadn't shown up by 3:00.
I called later and made a new appointment. At this time, I insisted on a better estimate of when the team would be at my home.
When the team arrived, they were very professional. They helped me to re-program my irrigation system. They also fixed two irrigation heads and replaced three others. After all the repairs were completed, they retested the system and adjusted the irrigation system to meet my needs. The team was wonderful.

They are very good, very fair and very honest. They are very responsive for complaints and if you have a problem they come right away. They do quarterly maintenance. They fix the lawn irrigation problems and the guy who comes is very good. Their quality is good and they are very professional. I've used them for years.
