Ordered new Washer/Dryer set in September 2022. Washer came in December. Dryer was "on order and on the way." Touched base with "Joyce" trying to understand how a dryer can take so long. She was rude beyond explanation with each conversation. Never heard from the store about an expected delivery on the washer. Finally today, February 3, 2023, I have given up and cancelled the order. Joyce did not apologize, did not explain the delay, only wondered why someone had not gotten ahold of me. Really? Not happy at all.

Water was leaking into the bottom of the less than two-year-old refrigerator. Repairman charged $100 for call. The leak is caused by a design flaw but since the refrigerator is over a year old, I would have to pay for the "fix kit" and service; another $179. That was December 4 and after 2 months and 3 calls to service, I still don't know why the repair hasn't been completed. Service reps promise to contact parts department and call me back but never do.

Bill Smith appliance repair combines incompetence and dishonesty. To even talk to someone usually required a hold time of about 15 minutes. I asked to find out what was wrong with my gas grill. They charged $100 for a service call and told me they could replace some parts and fix it. Then they didn't call me back for over a week to tell me what was wrong with it. They finally came out when I was out of town and replaced a few parts. They charged another $680 for minor work. When I got back in town, the grill did not work, and it was filthy. They claimed the repairman couldn't test it because there was no propane gas in my tank. My wife then spent the better part of a day cleaning the grill, and we got it started with the same propane tank they said had no gas.

Repair person came out within 48 hours. After 20 min of examining the unit, declared a new circuit board needed. Said it would have to be ordered and would take 3-5 days to get it. Received call about a week later and made appointment to have technician install new part. Took only 20 min to have new circuit board installed. On both occasions, technician was professional, courteous, on time and knowledgeable. Very pleased

They’ve done a lot of them, refrigerator, stove dishwasher, microwave. Have been using them for probably 10 years. I think it is a family owned and operated business. They are real nice when you go in there. No high pressure.

I actually looked into Angie's List and looked at the ratings and that's the one that was kind of at the top of the list and that's the reason why I chose them and I was very satisfied that I decided to with them. 

Very friendly, down home kind of interaction, very professional, came out the next day to deliver the dryer. Very good installation I mean it was a good experience all the way around.

It appears Bill Smith Appliances is very good at selling the merchandise, but not so good at helping out when there is a problem with the appliances that have been sold. I would suggest to consumers who have a problem with the appliance they purchase from Bill Smith to by-pass them for any help and contact the manufacturer directly through their consumer relations department. It will save a lot of time and money.

as ALWAYS this is the only place we will buy appliances.  this is the third time we have used the company to provide appliances for properties. Johnny and Michael and everyone else at the fort myers store are excellent.  Professional, courteous and sell you what you want without high pressure upselling.   service dept is also excellent and one of the few places we will ever buy a service package from.  Can't say enough good things -- quality, professionalism, service and great prices as well.

In September ordered a range for delivery in October.  Stopped by the store in October to pay on a Tuesday and told delivery would be Thursday.  Received call on Wednesday and told significant back order, but possibly next week.
They gave delivery date without even having the product or checking!!!  In the meantime kitchen being re-done so no range.  Called Best Buy and had range by Saturday.  Smith did refund with no problem...

We worked with Alan Mustee in the Contract Sales Division. I had done a lot of research on kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, exhaust fan, wall oven microwave combo) and knew what features we wanted. He was able to find a line that offered all matching appliances that fit the builder's specs as well as our budget.
