+ 0 moreAfter giving me a price and starting the job Baltazar Flores claimed "there was not enough money in it" and raised the price from $1100 to $1500. He then demanded an additional down payment bringing the total to $900. He did none of the work himself and his one worker took half hour bathroom breaks with his backpack on to do drugs in my bathroom (Which the police and I believe is an accurate assessment). The worker completed one panel in two days and Baltazar Flores never returned. He is a first class con artist and is also an unlicensed contractor. Please steer clear of this thief!
Description of Work: The owner Baltazar Flores claimed he could rescreen my pool enclosure.
